A standard box of Dorper Lamb is from a 18-22kg carcase, when cut down, boned and packaged yields approx 9-12kg.
This amount fits easily on a domestic fridge shelf and as it is individually vacuum packed will keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks before freezing is required.
