We offer 30 day returns for size exchanges or damaged/faulty boots. Please ensure items returned are: 

• Unworn and is as-new condition with all tags attached
• Boots must be returned in their original undamaged box including all packaging
• Returned items must be appropriately packaged to prevent damage in the post
• Please include a copy of your order confirmation with any returned items
